Xpanner’s Field Operations team supports a growing fleet of rental machines equipped with automation technology. The specialist manages spare-parts forecasting, purchasing, inventory, and logistics so rental machines can remain fit for service. Working with warehouse, operations, and finance teams, the role improves replenishment, inventory accuracy, purchasing workflows, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Manage spare-parts forecasting, ordering, tracking, inventory, and fulfillment
• identify and negotiate with local suppliers
• coordinate material forecasts and stock levels with warehouse and operations teams
• use NetSuite for purchasing workflows and inventory data
• and work with finance on monthly reporting, inventory reconciliation, and scalable processes.
