What you'll do

• Welcome arriving customers and connect them with service advisors
• direct valet assignments and coverage
• conduct brief morning huddles
• monitor vehicle parking and retrieval
• maintain key control and coordinate completed-vehicle staging
• communicate customer needs, vehicle locations, delays, and special requests
• monitor attendance, punctuality, appearance, breaks, and conduct
• assist with training
• maintain the service drive and valet station
• report damage, missing keys, complaints, accidents, and safety concerns.
