What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one music therapy to children and youth with congenital disorders and intellectual or physical disabilities
• create individualized goals
• document sessions and progress
• communicate with team members and service providers
• submit weekly invoices, progress notes, and related paperwork
• travel to current or prospective clients’ homes
• implement care plans through home and community activities.
