What you'll do

• Identify food and supply needs for upcoming menus
• receive, rotate, and store products
• prepare menus and cook food according to nutritional guidelines and residents’ prescribed diets and preferences
• provide adaptive eating equipment when needed
• support special community events when requested
• report malfunctioning equipment
• follow food storage, handling, and infection-control standards.
