MDS Specialist / Registered Nurse (RN)

The MDS Specialist / Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Holly, CO. Compensation is $40–$45 per hour. What you'll do

• Assist with development, completion, and transmission of resident assessments
• participate in preliminary and comprehensive MDS assessments and care plans, including CAAs, triggers, and plans of care
• ensure care plans include measurable objectives and timetables and involve appropriate health professionals
• provide 24 hours of floor RN work as part of the dual role
• uphold resident rights and facility policies.
