The Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor — Nights role is onsite in Granite City, IL. Compensation is $40.79–$61.19 per hour, plus night shift differentials. What you'll do

• Lead as the on-site administrative and clinical resource for hospital departments during night operations
• direct, coordinate, and evaluate patient care
• manage staffing adjustments, bed utilization, and patient throughput
• collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and ancillary departments
• respond to emergencies and escalations.
