What you'll do

• Implement BCBA-designed behavior intervention plans
• provide direct one-to-one support to children in home and community settings
• collect behavioral data and complete session notes
• support skill development, behavior reduction, and social engagement
• follow behavior plans, crisis protocols, and clinical guidance
• maintain professional relationships with clients and families
• attend scheduled sessions, supervision, team meetings, and training
• comply with BACB ethical standards, HIPAA, and company policies
• complete documentation, administrative, and billing tasks.
