What you'll do

• Support daily department operations and clinical oversight
• assist with staff scheduling, coverage, productivity, and performance management
• monitor documentation, payer requirements, and regulatory compliance
• support quality assurance, audits, and corrective action plans
• collaborate with nursing, MDS, administration, and interdisciplinary team members
• guide and mentor therapists and therapy assistants
• monitor department metrics and clinical outcomes
• help ensure timely evaluations, progress reports, recertifications, discharges, and documentation
• participate in surveys and compliance initiatives
• assume leadership responsibilities in the Director of Rehabilitation’s absence.
