• Supervise process engineers developing tooling for trim, chassis, and final vehicle operations from design concept through in-plant launch
• manage projects, budgets, and timing
• champion data-driven decisions
• lead root-cause analysis using methods such as Fishbone diagrams, 5 Whys, FMEAs, Pareto charts, Six Sigma, and Red X
• guide design-for-manufacturing work
