Property Manager

The Property Manager role is onsite in Norfolk, VA, with pay of $20–$24 per hour based on experience. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The role oversees apartment communities for Legend Property Group, the management division of The Monument Companies. The manager oversees daily community operations, resident relations, lease administration, rent collection, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws. By coordinating with maintenance, leasing, and corporate teams and monitoring community metrics, the role supports well-run apartment communities and efficient unit readiness.

What you'll do

• Manage rent collections and delinquency processes
• prepare resident communications and legal notices
• oversee lease administration
• respond to resident concerns
• complete reports and administrative tasks accurately and on time. Coordinate with maintenance, leasing, and corporate teams on unit turns and move-in readiness, and monitor community metrics through Yardi.
