Cleaning Operations Supervisor

The Cleaning Operations Supervisor role is onsite in Rapid City, SD. Compensation is $16–$20 per hour. The position supports Busy Bee Cleaning Service’s office and field operations, affiliated with Mustang Disaster CleanUp.

What you'll do

• Schedule and coordinate cleaning teams, keep jobs on schedule, conduct client walkthroughs, prepare cleaning estimates, perform quality-control inspections, track inventory and equipment, communicate with clients and team members, coordinate daily operations, address scheduling and job issues, and maintain team organization and accountability. Step into the field to perform residential or commercial cleaning when needed. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required
• prior supervisory, management, cleaning, or office experience is preferred but not required.
