What you'll do

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI applications, workflows, copilots, agents, and automation
• identify processes for AI improvement with department leaders
• maintain secure AI infrastructure, prompt libraries, knowledge bases, integrations, and governance
• build solutions for recruiting, credentialing, revenue cycle, finance, operations, marketing, and clinical support
• document standards
• monitor performance, accuracy, adoption, security, and return on investment
• lead AI education and change management
• develop custom GPTs, RAG solutions, and workflow automations.
