What you'll do

• Support portfolio financial and operational performance, growth, and stabilization
• collaborate with project teams on construction business plans for acquired assets
• conduct weekly building inspections
• manage investor and loan reporting
• handle insurance, lender, and city compliance requests
• manage rent increases
• assist with acquisition and disposition due diligence and disclosure packages
• complete other finance and asset management tasks as directed.
