The Commercial Kitchen Installer role is based in Tempe, AZ, with required overnight travel across Arizona and the surrounding Southwest, mostly Nevada, New Mexico, and Southern California. Pay is $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience, plus overtime. Travel is required Monday through Friday about half of each month; home weeks include work at the Tempe fabrication plant and local sites. Innovative Installations builds and installs commercial kitchens. The installer works on a small crew to install and finish commercial kitchen equipment and related fixtures. The role turns placement drawings and specifications into completed installations, resolving field conditions and preparing work for turnover.

What you'll do

• Install and level kitchen hoods, flashing, ovens, fryers, ranges, and prep tables
• assemble walk-in cooler and freezer panels, doors, and hardware
• fit millwork, cabinetry, casework, booths, and seating
• perform stainless field welds and polishing
• remove existing equipment on remodels
• complete cleanup and punch lists
• work from placement drawings, specifications, and rough-in dimensions.
