Senior Project Manager — Development and Construction

The Senior Project Manager — Development and Construction role is onsite in Redlands, CA, with regular travel to project sites throughout the Inland Empire and surrounding markets. The project manager leads day-to-day development and construction execution across multiple projects, coordinating consultants, contractors, agencies, lenders and ownership. The role is accountable for project quality, schedules and budgets from planning through completion and stabilization.

What you'll do

• Coordinate entitlement, permitting and agency approvals
• manage design consultants and advisors
• monitor schedules
• oversee construction from preconstruction through completion
• conduct site visits and inspections
• monitor budgets, procurement, quality and safety
• coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and inspectors
• support budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, financing and lender reporting
• maintain project documentation
• help recruit, train and mentor project personnel.
