What you'll do

• Meet with departments to understand workflows and challenges
• identify and implement AI and automation improvements
• develop implementation strategies
• evaluate AI trends and tools
• coordinate with Technology Solutions, Risk Collaboration, and stakeholders on policy alignment
• document processes and best practices
• monitor and report impact and ROI
• train staff and provide ongoing AI support.
