What you'll do

• Operate a workover rig and power swivel
• supervise and instruct crew members
• perform well maintenance and repairs, including handling rods, tubing, and casing
• conduct equipment, brake, and blowout preventer inspections
• troubleshoot and maintain equipment
• complete field tickets and crew time records
• participate in safety meetings and report incidents.
