What you'll do

• Work alongside the General Manager to oversee facility operations, regulatory compliance, staffing, financial performance, and customer service.
• Manage maintenance and equipment reliability, employee scheduling and performance, safety programs, environmental compliance, budgets and purchasing, waste logistics, customer service, and employee training and development.
