What you'll do

• Meet with homeowners to present HVAC replacement and upgrade options
• conduct in-home assessments to determine system needs
• explain system benefits, financing options, and promotions
• follow the sales process and close replacement opportunities
• track leads, sales, and follow-ups in a CRM
• work with the marketing and customer service representative team to convert booked estimates
• participate in sales training and role-plays
• work toward monthly sales quotas
• represent the company professionally.
