What you'll do

• Prepare and process semi-monthly payroll
• process daily timekeeping and payroll adjustments
• reconcile payroll and validate reports
• manage payroll variables including shift differentials, overtime, and on-call
• maintain confidential personnel files and verify employee records
• support recruiting, screening, hiring, onboarding, and employee relations
• coordinate benefits communications and compliance
• participate in unemployment hearings.
