IT Support Field Technician

Job overview

The IT Support Field Technician role is onsite and field-based, with the Kissimmee, FL office as its home base and local client-site visits across Central Florida. Compensation is $22 per hour. The technician provides hands-on support to keep client computers, software, and user environments functioning reliably. By resolving issues onsite, documenting service work, and coordinating with the internal team, the role contributes to consistent technology support for varied client environments.

What you'll do

• Travel to client sites to diagnose, repair, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related equipment
• install and configure operating systems, applications, and peripherals
• troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and basic networking issues
• support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace accounts, email, and basic security settings
• guide end users
• document service calls and resolutions in a ticketing system
• provide backup help desk support as needed.
