The Data Center Water Treatment Field Engineer role is onsite and based in Wichita Falls, TX, supporting data centers primarily in central Texas. Compensation is $100,000–$120,000 for the first year, plus a year-end bonus. Garratt-Callahan provides industrial water treatment solutions focused on energy efficiency and environmental stewardship. The engineer addresses customer water-treatment concerns and supports startup, commissioning, deployment, and operations for data center liquid-cooling systems. Water testing, equipment troubleshooting, and customer KPI support help maintain safe, efficient systems and service delivery.

What you'll do

• Solve data center water problems related to water use, energy efficiency, and environmental stewardship
• support startup, commissioning, deployment, and operations for liquid-cooling systems
• perform water testing and analysis
• support customer KPIs and company solutions
• commission installed assets and control equipment
• maintain existing customer relationships
• travel 50–75% of the time, primarily in Texas.
