Class A CDL Route Driver

Job overview

The Class A CDL Route Driver role is onsite in Shelbyville, KY. Pay is $24–$28 per hour. The driver transports hospital linen to multiple medical facilities and represents the company at customer locations. The role exists to complete scheduled pickups and deliveries safely and reliably. It includes loading and unloading carts, maintaining vehicles and route paperwork, following Department of Transportation requirements, and providing customer service along the route.

What you'll do

• Operate a company truck to pick up and deliver hospital linen at multiple medical facilities
• load and unload laundry carts
• meet route schedules and deliver products on time
• provide customer service and represent the company professionally
• conduct pre- and post-route vehicle inspections
• maintain DOT compliance, hours-of-service rules, and required paperwork
• cross-train on other routes as department needs require.
