What you'll do

• Greet employees, residents, and guests professionally
• answer, transfer, and route calls
• coordinate visitor communication with the Concierge and other departments
• sort and distribute mail
• route referral calls
• perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties
• send emails and faxes
• may assist with accounts payable receipts or input admission and patient information.
