What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day communication, issue resolution, coaching, and operational support to assigned chapters
• support staffing transitions and capacity needs
• coordinate training, virtual learning, peer groups, and leadership workshops
• maintain chapter tools and resources
• coordinate with internal departments
• track chapter trends, issues, training needs, and engagement opportunities
• provide updates and recommendations to the Director.
