What you'll do

• Provide nursing care in an assigned hospital unit, clinic, or other SFDPH setting
• observe and report patient symptoms and conditions
• record vital signs and diagnostic information
• prepare treatment trays and equipment
• implement medical and nursing care plans
• supervise nursing personnel
• maintain patient records
• follow nursing policies and procedures
• may direct auxiliary personnel.
