What you'll do

• Achieve and exceed company sales and closing goals
• meet prospective buyers, determine their needs and convert community traffic to sales. Follow up with potential buyers, present the preferred lender and work toward its capture-rate goal. Maintain knowledge of competitors, home features, options pricing and design selections. Assist buyers through design, loan, start, construction and closing
• coordinate appointments, use sales and customer-management technology, and maintain onsite signage. Travel by automobile for sales activity
• work hours may include weekends.
