What you'll do

• Manage property operations and leasing
• coordinate referrals, occupancy, inspections, rent and subsidy records, and lease files
• maintain resident relationships and coordinate with services teams
• supervise and develop staff
• prepare operational and financial reports
• oversee preventive maintenance and building condition
• serve as primary on-call contact for building and resident emergencies and participate in rotating emergency response for other properties.
