Home Health Service Director — Registered Nurse (RN)

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations
• ensure compliance with state, federal, Medicare, and Medicaid requirements
• supervise, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and home health aides
• conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
• oversee case management
• monitor quality assurance and performance improvement
• coordinate care plans with physicians, patients, and families
• manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical documentation.
