What you'll do

• Assist with radiographs, medical and dental histories, vital signs, alginate impressions, and study casts
• perform prophylaxis and fluoride treatments for children and provide oral hygiene instructions
• prepare the operatory, instruments, and patient
• clean and sterilize instruments and equipment
• provide post-operative instructions
• assist with medical emergencies
• support screening and education programs, including off-site
• assist front-desk scheduling and phone tasks when necessary
• restock operatories, order supplies, maintain inventory, and maintain dental equipment.
