Facilities Technician

What you'll do

• Assist with preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• complete work orders and general repairs
• perform painting, carpentry, basic electrical and plumbing work, landscaping, and cleaning
• maintain grounds and tools
• move and assemble furniture
• assist with special events
• prepare for storms and clean up damage
• drive between sites or vendor locations
