What you'll do

• Maintain a safe, structured, supportive environment
• lead interventions and crisis response when needed
• implement treatment plans and program expectations
• promote routines, behavior management, and daily living skills
• hire, train, schedule, and supervise home staff
• coach staff and provide feedback
• lead meetings and trainings
• coordinate with clinical teams
• monitor home dynamics
• oversee documentation, schedules, medications, transportation, cleanliness, and supplies
• communicate with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• and ensure policy and licensing compliance.

Why this role

A bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field is preferred. Requires three or more years of residential treatment or youth services experience, or equivalent leadership experience. CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification are required or must be obtained within 60 days.
