Accounts Receivable Representative (Part-Time)

The Accounts Receivable Representative is an onsite, part-time role in Houston, TX, paying $16–$18 per hour. This role supports business operations by contacting clients with past-due balances, organizing timely follow-up, and sending invoices as needed. It also provides occasional front-desk lunch coverage.

What you'll do

• Call client accounts with past-due amounts using a daily call log
• create follow-up call logs and contact clients in a timely manner
• pull, print, scan, and fax invoices when necessary
• relieve the front-desk receptionist during a rotating lunch-break schedule.
