What you'll do

• Lead and support preconstruction and estimating across active projects, including schedule development, logistics planning, bid strategy, quantity takeoffs, constructability reviews, subcontractor and vendor pricing analysis, and client presentations.
• Develop estimates, prepare scope narratives and bid packages, analyze bid results, recommend awards, and maintain preconstruction files for handoff to project operations.
