What you'll do

• Prepare and serve menu items from the mobile food trailer
• blend, top, and expedite orders
• serve players, families, and tournament guests
• process credit card transactions using a point-of-sale tablet
• maintain food quality and order accuracy
• complete opening and closing procedures
• count inventory and communicate needs
• restock supplies
• monitor generator fuel
• assist with food preparation, cleaning, and sanitation.
