HVAC Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Test boiler operations and water quality, treat boiler water, and adjust burner combustion
• lubricate and pack HVAC and refrigeration motors, pumps, and fans
• install and calibrate systems
• install and repair copper tubing and pipes
• test joints and insulate pipes
• flush boilers and descale tubing
• rebuild or repair safety valves and water pumps
• repair or replace fans, motors, thermostats, fuses, filters, bearings, valves, controls, and gaskets
• maintain time, labor, materials, and task records.
