What you'll do

• Welcome and orient guests
• answer questions about memberships, products, events, and services
• process purchases, returns, and account updates
• address customer concerns
• maintain clean, organized spaces and restock supplies
• conduct safety walkthroughs, reinforce policies, administer first aid, and document incidents. May support programs, parties, events, climbing instruction, and class transitions as assigned.
