What you'll do

• Coordinate and conduct service-provider orientation, Forbes Standards, customer service, and protocol training
• block therapists and help manage training schedules
• manage treatment rooms for training
• maintain knowledge of services and products
• develop treatment protocols and standard operating procedures
• support new-hire onboarding
• work with spa leadership on manuals, checklists, and standards
• coordinate training with product and technology vendors
• assist with quality assurance reviews and training materials
• maintain team relationships and confidentiality.
