What you'll do

• Receive and process patient health information requests
• safeguard confidential records and apply HIPAA privacy requirements
• prepare and assemble patient charts
• create digital images for electronic medical records
• retrieve and transmit records to authorized internal and external requesters
• answer calls
• document information across platforms
• assist with walk-ins and administrative tasks as needed
• meet site productivity expectations.
