What you'll do

• Prepare, package, and label deli products
• follow portion control and product rotation procedures
• count and verify merchandise against invoices and inspect deliveries
• prepare production items and complete daily inventory
• keep coolers, freezers, and preparation areas clean and organized
• assist with thawing products for catering or hot-line production
• answer customer questions and address complaints professionally
• operate and maintain equipment safely
• follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Why this role
