The Civil Engineer / Civil Project Manager role is onsite in Vernal, UT. Compensation is $85,000–$120,000 per year. The role plans, designs, and manages civil engineering projects from concept through construction. Depending on experience, it leads technical design and/or manages scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships to achieve project goals.

What you'll do

• Plan and design moderately complex civil projects
• prepare drawings, specifications, calculations, cost estimates, and reports
• evaluate alternatives and ensure code compliance
• stamp or seal work under direct supervision
• mentor graduate engineers and maintain QA/QC
• manage project scope, budgets, schedules, client agreements, and reporting
• coordinate engineering, survey, CAD, GIS, and construction needs.
