What you'll do

• Process citations and build case files
• retrieve reports and histories
• serve as the office’s MULES Terminal Agency Coordinator
• assist with budgets, financial reports, purchase orders, and requisitions
• prepare plea bargain sheets for attorney review
• maintain court dockets and files
• prepare trial files and issue subpoenas
• maintain records, calendars, and supplies
• answer phones and liaise with the public and justice-system partners.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED and business, computer research, or software coursework; three years of full-time work experience, including one year in a law or similar office, preferred. MULES, Show Me Courts, and Prosecuting Attorney Portal certifications are required.
