Job overview

The Electrical Engineer role is fully onsite in Buffalo, NY. The base salary range is $85,000–$105,000 per year, with possible variable compensation based on company performance. The role also plans and commissions projects, maintains technical documentation, and works with production and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.

What you'll do

  • Analyze recurring equipment problems and implement long-term solutions
  • plan, schedule, design, supervise, implement, and commission electrical/electronic projects
  • maintain schematics, software backups, and system documentation
  • instruct peers on troubleshooting techniques
  • maintain spare parts and test equipment
  • work with mechanical trades, engineers, and production employees
  • participate in continuous-improvement programs
  • handle specified universal and hazardous waste materials.
