• Monitor network and infrastructure systems and respond to alerts and operational events
• triage incidents through resolution and escalate when appropriate
• troubleshoot connectivity issues
• coordinate remote repairs and support restoration
• document root-cause analysis, shift activities, and incident records
• provide data center support when required
• conduct shift turnover and communicate status to Government representatives.
