What you'll do

• Develop and execute New England business development strategies
• build client relationships and identify markets and partnerships
• lead capture planning, proposals, and client presentations
• represent the company at industry events and client meetings
• lead multidisciplinary environmental projects
• manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction
• mentor project managers and technical staff
• contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement.
