What you'll do

• Identify opportunities with existing and new customers
• collect project data and assess CMS capabilities. Build relationships with contractors, consultants, and customer stakeholders
• determine HVAC project needs and discuss solutions. Prepare equipment and service selections, pricing, proposals, schedules, and forecasts
• negotiate terms and support project fulfillment. Answer customer technical questions and coordinate with consulting engineers on specifications.
