What you'll do

• Manage cash control and security procedures, inventory, labor, and financial reports
• recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers
• coach and train employees in operational excellence
• conduct inventory counts every other week
• maintain a clean restaurant and ensure guests receive a friendly experience and quality product
• be available to close at least two nights a week.
