What you'll do

• Lead biochemical and biophysical assay strategies for hit validation, hit-to-lead, lead optimization, and mechanistic characterization
• design, develop, optimize, and oversee assays for protein interactions and ternary complexes
• apply methods including SPR, BLI, TR-FRET, AlphaLISA, and fluorescence polarization
• integrate data and recommend experiments
• manage CRO relationships and collaborations
• drive experimental rigor and reproducibility
• mentor scientists and improve Lead Discovery capabilities.
