The Crawlspace Encapsulation and Mold Technician role is onsite in Greensboro, NC. Compensation is $16–$20 per hour. Clean Air LLC provides indoor air quality and home health services in the Greensboro area, helping homeowners create cleaner and safer living environments. The technician installs crawlspace moisture-control systems and performs mold inspection, remediation, and treatment. The role assesses and documents conditions, operates remediation equipment, and communicates project progress to homeowners and team leads while following safety and containment procedures.

What you'll do

• Install vapor barriers, drainage matting, and moisture-control systems
• inspect, remediate, and treat mold
• assess and document moisture, mold, and structural concerns
• operate dehumidifiers and air scrubbers
• communicate findings and project progress
• follow PPE and containment procedures
• maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.

Why this role
