What you'll do

• Schedule and review preventive maintenance checks and maintain records
• use SAP maintenance management
• monitor spare-parts and shop-supply levels
• train, direct, develop, supervise, and evaluate maintenance staff
• oversee equipment, tooling, and facility installation and maintenance
• assist with troubleshooting
• oversee outside contractors as needed
• ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA, environmental, ISO 14001, and IATF standards
• maintain records, charts, and trends.
